Do you offer your products in gold?

Yes we offer most of items in gold and other precious metals. These are often custom made pieces, so please drop us a message through either facebook or instagram and we will give you a quote for the item. Or alternatively call store on 0115-9500176 during store opening times.

Can i see the product before purchase?

Yes, you can visit us at our flagship store at Smiths Jewellers, 5 Poultry, Nottingham NG1 2HW, during store opening hours.

How long before i get a refund?

Please refer to exchanges and refunds page, but generally 3/5 working days after we receive the item back.

My item is faulty. How do i send it back?
How long for delivery?

You have two delivery options 1st class signed for, which should take 3 to 5 working days. Special delivery, which should be next working day. Please note we do not open Sunday’s and Tuesdays, so all purchases made on these two days, will be processed the next day.

You haven’t got the item in my size. Can you order get it in my size?

Yes, normally we can alter sizes within a week. Sometimes if an item cannot be altered we can normally order a piece to your specific requirements. This may incur an extra charge, so please contact us through either facebook or instagram for this. Or alternatively call store on 0115-9500176 during store opening times.

When will you post my items?

All items ordered before 3pm will be posted same day (Barring Sunday’s, and Tuesday’s, as we are closed.) Please note items ordered on Saturdays  will be placed into Monday’s post due to Royal Mail postage times.
